“The Final round of the Lovweld Enduro Club was hosted at the Forever Blyde River resort, the pits were located on the runway a first for me and very cool.
I had a delayed start as the spring for my kick stand fell off and needed to find it so started around 45th position, the first two laps were brilliant and the track got better as it wore in, the last lap was more technical and my GPS skills were tested properly.
The race was reduced by a lap due to the intense heat and rider safety as a few competitors were injured.
I am please to say it was a class win on the day and a 1st in the Grand Master Class Championship for 2023
Despite all the challenges we all face this was a good year on the score board with the following Championship wins.

- Master Champion Enduro World Xross Country 2023
